My Little White Dress Look

The little white dress is to summer what the little black dress is to the rest of the year. It’s classic, chic and one of my favorite easy things to slip into. You can style it with a splash of color for a fun, flirty look or you can pair it with traditional pumps for a more timeless approach. It is important to remember not to overdo it with accessories though. Choose one main statement piece and then keep the rest of the outfit simple.




I wore this outfit on Good Morning America a couple weeks ago and for our Madea's Witness Protection cast photo on top of the Empire State Building. Since everyone seemed to like it (Robin Roberts even joked that she wanted to steal my shoes on GMA!), I thought I’d show you how to get the look.





My Good Morning America outfit consisted of:
The LWD or Little White Dress. It is always good to stick to something that looks more tailored.
Purple Stilettos. Bright colored accessories are everywhere, so pick your favorite!
A Bold Cocktail Ring. I went with black to tie in the black from my shoes.
Loose, voluminous curls.
