You've seen the collection, now is your chance to experience all things Yayoi Kusama. The reclusive 82-year-old Japanese artist, renowned for her dotted creations, is set to debut her bold new collaboration with Louis Vuitton in New York on July 10 at the label's SoHo flagship--2 days before her retrospective at the Whitney Museum (July 12 to Sept 30).
Walls lined in red dots of all sizes, spotted tentacles as props throughout and of course the high volume collection will dominate the petite shops popping up around the world as well as LV's 463 stores. From London to Toyko, Louis Vuitton is embarking on its first ever designer collaboration pop-up concept running all summer and well into the fall. Plus, expect to see a monogram focused online debuting this fall by Kusama.

Go wild with dots this summer as Louis Vuitton debuts a new capsule collection with famed Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. Recognized for her circular masterpieces, Kusama welcomes a range of shoes, bags, accessories and apparel for Summer 2012 titled Infinitely Kusama. Launching July 10, the artist joins the late Stephen Sprouse and Takashi Murakami as one of only a few designers who have collaborated with Vuitton. From Sprouse's spray painted goods to anime action heros by Murakami, Kusama brings the dot in all sizes to her striking new line. An additional capsule will launch in October, all coinciding with the opening of the artist's retrospective at the Whitney Museum in New York.
